Custom designed for easy low maintenance living, we incorporated clean lines and plenty of storage for all the beachside equipment!
What was unique about this home?
This home has stunning views of the ocean and so to make the most of them we created a large balcony with glass balustrading. We also included an outdoor shower, a large double garage with additional storage, a games room and built-in cabinetry for the study.
What special details did the clients request?
Our clients requested a simple, low maintenance, home that had clean lines in the design. With such a great location they also wanted to bring the outside inside for easy living.
How long did this project take?
Construction was finished within 12 months.
