What was unique about this home?
This luxurious home is perfectly positioned on a canal block. With this in mind we designed the home to take full advantage of the canal views and also included large luxurious entryways and corridors, details in the ceilings in the living and dining areas and a generous sized ensuite with a free standing bathtub.
What special details did the clients request?
At our client’s request, we created a custom home design with a rear elevation so that it could house a crab room at the canal side and feature an infinity pool.
How long did this project take?
Construction of this home took a total of 17 months.
