Built with the future in mind, our clients wanted a home customised for their own unique lifestyle that they could enjoy for years to come.
What was unique about this home?
Our clients wanted a nod to old Mandurah beach houses and so we included a skillion (sloped) roof into the design.
What special details did the clients request?
Our Cornwallis Road home was designed to be liveable for our clients and to carry them through to the future based on their unique situation at home. Secondly, their block was north-facing which meant we had to design a home to suit the block. Not only capture their views but ensure it made the most of this warm northern facing block of land.
How long did this project take?
Construction was just under 6 months.
