This beautiful home expands across 3 levels, combining indoor and outdoor living across the under-croft, ground level and upper floor while taking advantage of the canal-side location.
Our clients wanted each level of their home to serve their own purpose. The large under-croft area houses a large workshop and alfresco area leading onto the jetty. The ground level was designed for entertaining with an enormous balcony set aside the pool area. And the upper floor created a ‘parents oasis’ to take in the amazing views from the private balcony.
The construction of this custom built home took a total of 20 months.
