Working with the client on Balladonia Parade was a complete turn-key construction journey. We handled everything right down to planting the herbs in the veggie plant boxes and installing the garden shed in the backyard.
It was essential that we designed a two storey home that would allow for beautiful ocean views from the balcony, which is a really special outlook around sunset time.
With a very particular interior design vision in mind, our interior designer worked alongside Thirteen Interiors to deliver a magical-looking home.
We worked on balancing some of the soft furnishings and installed an internal wall cladding to the entry and upper floor living area to create a stunning visual appearance.
From start to finish, this turnkey project took 21 months.
