Makin Homes was established in 1996 by Lee Makin, who’s passion for building started far earlier. 

Initiating in the industry at sixteen, his professionalism and eye for detail developed his interest in the building process and progressed Lee into bricklaying in his early twenties.

Lee went on to employ young apprentices and over thirty bricklaying subcontractors aiding the industry in building thousands of homes for Perth’s project builders.

This was all being done while Lee was studying his Diploma to become what he describes as “becoming a better builder”.

Lee’s passion for building continues and his commitment to better building, along with a wealth of knowledge and service has built a reputation of quality and unique professionalism.
